& ARTIST PRESENTATIONS AT NAMM 2024
Los Angeles, CA – January 24th, 2024 – Audeze, a leading premium headphone manufacturer, is proud to announce its full NAMM 2024 exhibition activities which include onsite demos and an announcement about new software partnerships with Dolby expanding support for binaural rendering in Dolby Atmos®, utilizing Audeze’s Maxwell headset. Audeze will also host robust artist presentations and workshops from legendary recording engineers, encapsulating the growing interest in using headphones for different aspects of the mixing process.
NAMM attendees will be able to learn from and interact with multiple Grammy winning recording engineers who’ve worked with the likes of Beyonce, Tom Petty, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Snoop Dogg, Lizzo, Tom Petty, Metallica and more. Featured speakers include Andrew Scheps, Eliott Scheiner, Brian Lucy, Jordan Rudess and George Massenburg, among others. Space is limited for these workshops that run from Thursday January 25th to Saturday January 27th, 12PM-4PM, for the detailed schedule check the Audeze website.
Audeze also announces the full release of the head tracking feature for their Maxwell gaming headset that is compatible for Dolby Atmos renderer, marking the transition from beta to a stable version now available Audeze.com for free download. This update follows the beta version release, announced just last year, which adds Dolby Atmos Renderer-compatible head tracking ability to Maxwell headsets, transforming them into an optimized tool for content creators and audio engineers in Dolby Atmos mixing, leveraging already built-in hardware inside of the Maxwell headset. Dolby engineers will join the Audeze booth on Thursday, January 25th and Friday, January 26th at 11 AM respectively to give demos and answer questions about this new functionality.
Audeze will be showing its entire lineup of award-winning planar magnetic headphones, including the MM series of professional studio monitors, made in collaboration with legendary mix master Manny Marroquin to be critical tools for audio professionals. The MM-100, the latest and most affordable professional studio headphone in the MM series ($399), is also a TEC Awards finalist for 2024, and will be featured at the TEC awards gala on January 27th, at 6 PM.
